I'm a ftm 37 weeks already.. I'm just wondering what type of pads do you use after? Does the hospital give you some or can I use the regular ones? I know its gonna be a lot more blood than normal lost so that's why I'm wondering what brand to use please share what u've done or know it'll be very appreciated!

They will give u some but that won't last the hole time u bleed I'm going to use always with wings heavy flow and I also got regular flow for when it get lighter!

Just like with periods everyone is different and what they feel comfortable with. I always have a crazy heavy period and after my first I was a super heavy bleeder so I got the ones that were practically diapers they held so much just so I could go an hour without needing to change it. I just advise getting the nighttime ones because they are longer and when you sleep or are just sitting they tend to keep their shape a lot better plus they do tend to hold more. The hospital will give you some at first just try and take as many with you as possible lol

i heard Maxi pads are good after pregnancy , like they do give you pads at the hospital but if you want your own pads i recommend The maxi pads (larger size than usual)
