This might be a stupid question but if I skip dinner would that b a bad thing. I'm just not hungry and I'm really ready just to go to bed I'm so tired. I have eaten today.
Yea if you're exhausted get some well deserved sleep love. You'll be hungry in a little bit. Dont skip meals too much though! : )
Youll wake up in a little while and have to eat. You will just be having a late dinner, not necessarily skipping it.
I think you'll be okay. Sometimes id skip dinner cuz I was really tired but id wake up in the middle night starving
