vision poor /eye floaters during pregnancey

Hello, I am 28 weeks pregnant.  I have had floaters little black dots in my vision for the past 4 years I am now 31 years old.  Has any one else got floaters before or during pregnancy.  Mine seem to have got worse, I am aware vision can get worse as you're hormones change during pregnancy.  I just worried as they seem to be getting worse and they are gettingbon my.nerves.  I wear glasses it seems poorer.  My eye test is January.  Just after some advice if any one else is experiening this thanks

Do you have, or have you been tested for, gestational diabetes?  Vision changes can be a result of large fluctuations in blood sugar.  Are you adequately hydrated?  Dehydration can cause some interesting symptoms like you are describing, too.  Be sure to bring this up to your doctor.

I've had floaters for about four years now due to extremely high blood pressure. It's under control now with meds but unfortunately the floaters stayed. I'm 6 weeks and 2 days today....so far no worse than they were....but it could be something to do with yours.
