I was taking them but they started makin me sick. I switched to the one a day and haven't had a problem!

I was told if I take them I also have to supplement iron &' a little more dha as well as calcium, but I do prefer them to pills because I can't take pills too well

I took them at the beginning but then my doctor suggested switching because there wasnt calcium. If you take them take the calcium gummy as well

I took them in the beginning of my pregnancy because they were the only ones I could keep down

I do I prefer them to the ones that you have to actually take. I dislike taking pills
