If u was prescribed prenatal vitamins my last pregnancy (miscarriage) is it ok to use those vitamins now at 4wks with this new pregnancy
They made it seem like ppl usually see things at four wks which scared me cause i had a miscarriage at7 wks last time cause they saw nothing
If you are only 4 weeks it would be nearly impossible to find a heart beat which is why you usually dont go to the doctor until 8 weeks or later so they have a better chance at finding one easily then. I would say drink lots of fluids, take your vitamins, excersize( not like rigirous excersize but like walks) and eat healthy its all you can do
I know what really helped me was support. My mom was crazy supportive which knowing her was surprising. And my honey was happy as can be. I stopped all of my bad habits during the 1st trimester. Such as drinking caffeine eating really unhealthy foods.
Im 4wks 3days and i went to the er they told me to follow up in two days for blood work but hays scared me cause they said nothing was on my ultrasound. I had a miscarriage in february so i rather go wen im further along long as i don't see bleeding
Lots of water and OJ. There for awhile prenatals actually made me sick so i switched over to the gummies. Eat tons of veggies and get a good night's rest. Milk too. They say try to stay away from whole milk because it's fatty. But any milk is better than none. How far along are you? Try not to stress.
Ok i want t going to the doc for two weeks so i wanted to take vitamins until then

Most pregnancies they tell you to take prenatals but just check to see if there is an expiration date. I don't think there is. And just double check and make sure that you can take those certain kinds. My doctors told me to take ones with extra vitamins etc.
