Try to hold it down as long as you can. Even five or ten minutes will give your body time tho digest some nutrients. As long as you're staying hydrated and taking your prenatals, your body will sustain the pregnancy on very little food. I threw up pretty much non-stop from about five to fifteen weeks and lost about 25 pounds. My baby is healthy and kicking like crazy! We're measuring two days behind our due date is all, which falls well within the normal range.
Chin up, it goes away I promise. If it doesn't by about sixteen weeks, that's when I'd start worrying.
