waking up on my back!

I'm 39weeks and 4days. It's happened a few times but I'm noticing I'll wake up on my back. I know I shouldn't be sleeping on my back but I try every way to stop myself from doing it but in my sleep in will move the pillows and end up doing it. I don't sleep on my back all the time but I just notice I've been waking up like that recently. Should I be worried? Last night I was having severe back pain I wonder if sleeping on my back was the only thing that felt ok. Any ideas?

I started getting contractions like right when I woke up. Probably 6 - 10 mins apart. Like 1 min to probably even 20 seconds long!

I sleep on my back so that I can prop my hands up(terrible swelling) no problems from it. Plus you move around so much at night anyways.
