How Much Should I Walk Daily To Have A Fast And Easy Labor?

At least 30 mins but it doesn't guarentee a fast labor it will just make your muscles stronger and will help during labor and recovory afterwarda

No amount of walking can determine if you will have a fast and easy labour. A friend of mine walked almost everyday and she ended up having a long labour that resulted in an episiotomy, vacuum, and forceps delivery.

Definitely walk Id say a good 30 minutes daily at least. Unfortunately it doesn't always work/: I walked daily even up and down stairs and was in labor for 29 hours/: although I did only push for an hour which was nice, it was still long /:

I walked for an hour each day. The day I decided i was tired and rdy to get the baby put at 40 weeks, i walked a full hour but pushed myself a little harder by power walking and went into labor 2 hours later. Good luck
