walking pain?

Okay i took a walk to get some food and its about 7blocks away i was fine walking there but when i got a block away from home my side was hurting so bad it felt like someone was stabbing me in it:(  im 35weeks with twins. It hurt so bad i could barely walk i had to stop walking every few steps to hold my belly and breathe. What could it be? It stopped after i got home and sat down for 15min

Sounds like the ligament pain I get whem walking. Very sharp stabbing pain on my right side not as bad as the left bc shes usually further to to the right. My doctors nurse recommended I get a belly band so I keep walking bc I used to walk 2 miles a day and cannot anymore bc of it. Its absolutely horrible pain and makes me hardly able to walk and hold my side trying to limp through it etc.

You probably just over did it. I was out walking all day a few weeks ago and the same thing happened to me. Pain was awful but after a little rest I was fine (:
