Bath???

im 24 weeks and my allergies are horrible my whole head feels like it's filled with hot air and pressure, can I take a warm/hot bath to realive some pressure or does anyone know of anything else that can help

I took clariton, and they have a warm vaporizer for vicks at walmart im using that because mine have been so bad ive been going through a big box of tissues everyday! Also try adjusting when u sleep so ur passages r open, i also got told u can use breathe right strips!

Yes you can take a warm bath. I use a Neti pot. Or you can take claritin.
