want to dye my hair but worried

I want to dye my hair and I have waited till I am past my first trimester is it safe to box dye my hair ?

I've used boxed hair dye , didn't really look if there was ammonia in it (didn't know about it at the time) and my baby is perfectly healthy . it was garnier foam

I had mine dyed red. Not even a week after all the red was out all nd just the blonde under was left.

Ya this is box dye so there is ammonia in it :( Mabey I will go to a salon and get it done I am a blonde and i dye my hair back and I am going blonde again and it is driving me nuts lol

Sometimes the dye doesnt take in some spots due to the hormones. So a test strip might not tell you if the dye will take... i dyed my hair a week or two ago and its already growing out lol.

I've dyed my hair multiple times going to the salon. As long as the room is well ventilated you should be fine

Make sure it has no ammonia and you are in a well ventilated area and test a small spot since hormones can mess up the color
