Try eating cold foods. . .like ice cream,salad.or apple sauce.i had HORRIBLE morning sickness & thats what got me through.im now 22weeks & have been throw up free for a month.
Bananas do sound gd n frozen fruits as well ...will try dat ...thank u
Bananas and peanut butter sandwiches are good for me also frozen fruit bars maybe some peanuts as well or you could mix your yourgurt with fruit and do smoothies
