Mine broke naturally while I was in labor. It felt like I had peed on myself and I tried to stop the flow and it just kept coming. It was only one gush of fluid. I'd suggest you seeing your doctor to make sure. It could have been urine or just excess discharge.

I would call the doctor and get checked out. It culdve just been let down from having had intercourse but, one never knows for certain. My water broke naturally with my 2nd child & I felt a "pop" then it slowly trickled down and came out more when I went to the bathroom. But I was over due with him. My 3rd baby I ruptured early at 5 months and I never felt anything but I did soak my panties all the way thru my jeans. But it would stop. Then it would start up again & it went back & forth like that for over a week until it was discovered at the E.R. through the fern test. My bag didn't completely rip it only had a tear in it and when she changed position she would "plug" it up. It never gushed. it was just moments of extreme wetness. So its better to get checked out. I had to be admitted much like Ketona and eventually developed placenta abruptia from being ruptured too long without delivering. I had her premature.

I Agree with clysta. I went through this just two weeks ago, and went 24 hours without going to the doc and When i did go, me and the baby both had a bad infection ended up with an emergency c section but i was 32 weeks prego, and she just came off the antibotics last friday. you really should go to the doc to h=get checked better safe than sorry.

Not 100% sure. My water never naturally broke. Mine was broken in the hospital when I was 9 cm dilated. It's not something you want to just brush off though.

would there be bleeding or anything like that or would that come after the infection sets in??

You would probably do best to see a doctor, just to rule out if it was your water or not. Generally speaking sex wouldn't cause it to break (especially not this early) but if it is you would need medical attention. You only have a short time before infection sets in (usually around 2 days or so), and infection can cause future fertility problems.

What did it look like. If it were your water generally it would be a continued leak. During pregnancy an increase in discharge is very normal, and seeing as you had just recently had sex it's understandable and natural that you would have discharge, and a lot of it.

When you say "it felt like my water broke.." what happened? Did it feel like a pop, then leaking? Was it a gushing leak? Was it coming from your uretha or your vaginal opening the hole..? Did it stop? Or is it a continuous leak?
