water breaking

For the moms on here with kids already- did your water break & where were you (home, public)or did they break it for you? They broke mine on my first, & now I'm all scared to have my water break in public or something because I've never had it happen.

I was 37 wks with my daughter I was walking around the house and water just kept following me lol until I stood still and looked down I was in a puddle-i was 17 at the time so my step mom walks in and says OMG ur water broke!!! And rushed me to the hospital. It leaked the whole way there in the car-in the waiting room at the hospital-in the wheelchair to L&D- and even a little more while in the hospital bed. They arent lying-ITS ALOT!! Lol

I was induced at 40+4 with my first and it broke half way at 40+5 and then the doc had to break it the rest of the way . With my 2nd it never broke . Had my 2nd csection that's why lol

Lmao! Your son thought you peed. My sister told me she went pee and it just never stopped coming she thought she was going to over flow the toilet. I'm scared I'll be in public too. I stay home a lot but my luck...

With my son my water broke inside the hospital while I was getting induced. With my daughter it broke at home while I was getting my son dressed lol he was 2at the time. He said ewww mommy u pee'd lol

I was induced with my first an water broke on its own, I am super scared I will be in public when it happens this time.

Makes me feel better, a lot better. Idk why I have this image of gushing water. That's how it felt when they broke mine but I really could see anything it just felt like so much.

Mine broke in while I was in bed around 3am with my daughter

With my first child my water broke in my sleep at home.and with my second child my water broke at the hospital after i got my epidural. But i still felt the gush.even if your water does break in public,it doesn't mean it will be a big gush.it might just be a trickle.

my first baby was born to months before she was suppose to because some how my placinta got a hole in it and started leaking out the amniotic fluid slowly so I was on bed rest in the hospital for a month. then my second my doctor broke my water

With my first I was induced at 39 weeks and they had to break my water. And with my second I was induced at 38 weeks and my water broke before they could come in and break it.
