I drink a ton of orange juice or apple juice in the morning then the rest of the day I drink water. You can buy the propel or crystal lighy flavor packets
And I add lime juice. Or you could do 1/4 100% juice 3/4 water :)
I just read the other day to be careful about drinking non pasteurized juices such as apple cider...
Gatorade and my doc says I can drink as much sprite as I want
I treat myself to a glass of Apple cider every few days only a little though because it has a lot of sugar in it. But I have been trying different natural flavoring a in water.i normally do lemon but I made cucumber mint water the other day and it was good, and I make a big jug of it the night before and drink that all day. I am making berry water tomorrow letting raspberries, blue berries and black berries sit in the water over night.
I drink milk everyday than I get super gassy(tmi) I drink water with lemon to add some flavor. Thank you ladies.

I personally am not worried about calories lol. This is my first baby....she's healthy and that's all that matters. Caffiene is the main thing you should avoid. I eat what I want when I want amd I'm gaining weight proporly.
Any 100% juice healthy for u n helps with having normal bowel movements I drink mainly water too but I do drink 24 oz of 100% juice a day but I may have a soda a week as a treat to myself lol
I drink a ton of water but when I'm sick of it I add a little lemon juice and a Splenda. My nutritionist said it was just fine.
You can add those flavor packets to water. Just don't drink your calories in juice or sodas..is what my Dr. Says but I do juice a lot and milk esp. Chocolate milk lol and Gatorade
Juice! Its really healthy for you! I drink juicy juice because it had no sugar added. As long as you're not drinking lots of caffeine your fine. Just alternate drinks.

Try powerade or something like that its okay to have a cup of juice a day .
My boyfriends mom got me apple juice and I thought I would hate it because I've always hated juice. Turns out I was so sick of water that I drank the gallon in a day. I'm also drinking a lot of pomegranate and cranberry juice.
