I don't drink much water. I just don't like it but as long as your drinking milk n not sugary juices you'll be fine. People are so dramatic and trust me I know it'll be okay. My sister is the same way. AllFOUR of her kids are prefect

I'm also 7. Months, congratulations. Just drink frequently. Also water helps to not get or lighten stretch marks

Baby is made of 90% water & the water helps fluid in the sac. So water is highly recommended for safety reasons and development. Not enough water can cause preterm & problems with babies development.

Try to think, "i don't want to neglect or torture my baby"
Start today with water.
I personally keep a glass or bottle filled by my bed & drink when I feel movement so my baby has energy or isn't thirsty because babies don't talk when they need food or water, they get weak with no hydration & we have to care for them as the mothers.

You need water specifically. That's why everything says to drink 8-10 glasses a day because it's important, not only for you, but for your baby. Lack of water can cause more painful cramps too. I definitely notice that I feel way different when I don't drink enough water.
