I had pretty bad neasea week 6-12 and the key for me was to eat through it. I had to eat or is throw up and if I at pretty consistently something small as soon as I got up (normally cheese) then just kept munching for the first 2 hours if be okay (cheese then toast then a coffee then a yougert ) then I'd be good as long as I kept something in my belly.. Weekends were the worst for throwing up because I'd sleep for 14 hours and then be too hungry

I had nausea and vomiting really bad the first 3 months. Like we're talking "nothing but water for 48 hours type" of bad. Nothing worked for me, I just got through it, because any medicine or rememdy i tried never worked. But I've been told anything with ginger helps, saltine crackers, sprite. Small meals. Always be sure to drink water no matter what so you don't get dehydrated!
