week late

Hey there, I'm a week late took three EPTs. One 6 days before period was due negative, One on the day of my period negative and two days after that one and was negative. Now I'm a full week late and no signs of period or anything. I have no idea whats going on. My friend thinks the vitamins my counselor told me to take for my OCD might of gave me a false negative. I take B-complex, vitamin D-3, L-Phenylalnine and Valerian root. My pee actually has been very bright lime green color and it shows up on the test like that too, so could that of played a part of what. I'm just really excited/lost right now to either buy another test or just wait till next week to see if I get my period.

i think you should go to the doctors and check out 1st why your peeing green ? and then check to see if your pregnant ...

Hi , i worked in nutrition for many years and i have never heard of vitamins interfering with a test.  multivitamins ..would make your urine bright yellow, as its supposed too , cause thats showing its extracting from your body the way it was designed too,and almost all multis have b complex and D-3 or D2 in it. Docs also reccomend woman to take prenatals  before they TTC so its obvious you will be on them at the time you pee on a stick... a good prenatal dosent have anything that will block a pregnancy hormone . as it come to the amino acid L-Phenylalne, and the her Valerian , i also never heard of it interfering with the hormone but their are many herbs that arent good to take when pregnant so you will need to verify with your doc if its ok to take any herb or amino acid...but vitamins are fine.....any who i would wait till next week, and if you still havent had it, then take a blood test that will confirm it.


FYI, Vitamin D3 is great for woman TTC, pregnant or for post pregnancy... !!!!!
