weight LOSS/ eating disorder?

With my first i gained 90 lbs 60 of which was water due to pre e and was gone within 2 months of delivery. I am TERRIFIED of gaining that much with this baby to the point i have cut back on my portion sizes as well as snack on healthy items vs eating meals. I have lost 10 lbs this pregnancy because of being terrified of gaining too much.

How can i get over this? Please do not judge. I am afraid my eating disorder i had in high school is rearing its ugly head again. :(

I absolutely LOVE watermelon and have craved it for awhile now. I have mainly craved healthy things except last night and i really really wanted a beef hotdog lol. I crawl and run around the house quite a bit after my 15 month old as well as swimming when its hot enough and taking a walk to the snow cone stand 2.5 blocks up from the house but its been hot and humid and rainy lately.

I also had an eating disorder in high school and have been dealing with it through out my whole pregnancy ....I have read that you really only need 300 extra calories your first trimester and then 350 extra for your 2nd and 3rd trimester which the equivalent of a piece of toast with peanut butter.... for me I am super paranoid about gaining weight and have only gained 10lbs ( I am 30 weeks 2 days ) but it still seems like alot so I eat lots of watermelon which is super good for pregnant moms and its 97% water so it helps you from being dehydrated , and I try to only eat fruits and veggies and of course cheese because I am from Wisconsin and love my cheese..as long as you eat healthy and go for walks you shouldn't gain hardly any weight....I am hear if you need someone to talk to....I also lost 10 lbs my first 20 weeks being preggo

U don't have 2 eat 3 big meals a day when ur pregnant.  It's recommended that u eat 6-8 small meals a day.  So since ur snacking on healthy foods like u said just up ur intake on those a little.  I know 6-8 small meals seems WAY 2 much...but it can be just like a lil cup of yogurt or fruit and so forth...make sure ur getting protein tho in some form.  Eating like that shouldn't make u gain anywhere near 90lbs.  Best of luck 2 u (:
