I completly understand were youre coming from im 37 weeks + 5. Everyday and night and every second I worry about my babys movement my baby has never been overly active but three weeks ago was very active! I used to notice a routine n now the routine seems to have changed. But I am on mat leave n sit around all day and night... were as before I noticed baby started moving at night when I relaxed. But now im always relaxed baby tends to sleep when I do. :/ I feel baby move at least 20-30 times ( I no this because I write diwn everytime I feel ) im becoming obsessed with movements n thw more I think about it the worse itseems. :( I think being so close to the end its ttouching distance but so far away if that makes sense I dont think ill stop feeling this way until I hold my baby in my arms.. I wish I could stop the way I feel but its so hard.  X

Id just drink some orange juice and lay down right after and that should get the baby really moving.. once you feel a movement you can start to relax.. Some babies are just comfortable and sleeping alot, it just means your baby is comfortable and enjoying its little room. If you go more then 24 hours with out any movement call your doctor of coarse.. but sometimes there moving and we just dont feel it on the outside.

I was stressing yesterday about this same thing, and I brought it up at the OB today and they said that some babies are just lazy, plain and simple. It looks like we have the lazy ones, but count that as a good thing since studies have been proven that behavior in the womb highly reflects behavior when the baby is born. I'd rather have a chill baby than a monkey running around. :)
