Thank you! I definitely need to try exercising! It's tough with work and school,but I need to make it a habit to slip in some walking before. :)
Try to excersie , light excerise is very good at your stage, going for a 30 min walk before breakfast, go for walks after meals, swimming is an awsome excersie specially during pregnancy as you can get a full body work out and it is the safest and healthiest excersie. Avoid carbohydrates such as rice , pasta white bread ect.. and drink plenty of fluids mainly water.
