I'm 34weeks and I lost about 15lbs in the beginning. Wasn't sick or anything guess it was from just having a smaller appetite and eating healthier. I've gained maybe 7-8lbs back so far. I talk to my doctor about it and they weren't worried at all. My baby is healthy and at a good weight so that's all that matters.

Try drinking Ensure to help with weight gain my obgyn just told me I have to drink ensure bc I'm not gaining weight like I should be in 17wks nd showing pretty good but I've lost like 7lbs throughout this pregnancy. But I would ask your Dr about not gaining weight bc they would kno more than anyone bc they have your history.
