It's not unusual! I'm 20 weeks along and still haven't gained weight. I lost about 10 pounds in my first trimester, probably because I couldn't drink soda or eat out cause it made me sick. I look huge but can't gain weight no matter how much I eat. The doctors haven't said anything about it though, and they weigh me every time I go in. I think I'm gonna ask at my next appointment. But when I looked it up online, lots of ladies said they are as far as me and still haven't gained anything. So don't worry! It will all hit you eventually and you get huge that's what everyone keeps telling me. Lol!

With my first pregnancy I was sick the whole time and lost a lot of weight in the first trimester especially. Im also over weight. Im sure your losing more because of that not to mention your twins are taking all of your nutrients. I know that I ate smaller portions and healthier when I got pregnant the change in my diet was good for my baby and did cause Me to lose weight since I stopped eating junk and didn't eat as much or often. You will be fine. For your sake make sure you eat healthy foods with vitamins and lots of water. As long as you eat well you shouldn't be worrying. Your babies are getting every thing they need from you

If your diet changed you might lose weight. When I first got pregnant, I couldnt handle pop so I just drank water and lost 30 pounds. As long as the doctor didnt raise concern, you shouldnt either (:
