Well... I had my baby a lil' over two weeks ago, so not a month... but I can tell you how much In two weeks that I've lost... I used to weigh 120 before bein' pregnant and the day I was Induced (38 + 3) I was 187. Now I'm at 150 In juss two weeks and I am breastfeeding with occasional pumping. I'm still a lil' bit "saggy" but In my opinion, It doesn't look bad at all.

Sweety ignore those *** holes. Do it for yourself. Some its harder than others.
But everyone always told me pregnancy fat doesn't come off blah blah blah. They have no idea what their talking about :) because I lost every pound.

Must be the Indian lol cause I to just breastfeeding alone and eating healthy loose my 30 pound gain within the first month. And am right back down to 110 pounds. I'm 5'6 so under weight for my height body I never hold any weight or fat! Everyone's different. Some it will fall off others will have to work for it :) but excersise is always good. And if you don't want a poochy belly you will need to work your core no matter if you loose weight or not :)

at 1 month post partum i had lost about 30 lbs ( i gained 34 )... i started dieting the first night i was home and i began working out at 1 week (i didn't have a c section) ...
i wore an abdominal binder that i purchased on amazon, and it causes your skin to shrink back to it's original size. i also purchased a hip binder (a little more expensive) that pushes your hips back into their original position. you have a hormone in your body that causes them to soften and spread, and it's present in your system 8-12 weeks after delivery. so you can put your hips back while they are still soft. the jeans i wore pre-prego i couldn't pull up past my knees. around 3 - 4 weeks is when i was able to button them again.
you can look at my profile & see bikini pics when my daughter was 3 weeks old for proof! :)
