When do you ladies check your weight? And how often

I check mine everyday, after going to the bathroom and before eating. I'm going to start using this to help me keep track of my weight lol

I only know every two weeks bc I go to my doctors appointment and they check my weight, I wish I could check it daily thought I probably would.. im about to start my weekly appointments in two weeks so ill be checking it every week :)

I check twice a day every two days because I have a hard time gaining weight.  Thank you ladies and congrats on your blessings.

Once a week, first thing in the morning after a pee, and chart it in a book the hospital gave me.

I've got a digital scale and I typically check every two days or so.
