I talked to my midwife yesterday about this. I asked about primrose oil. She said one of the safest ways she knew and was 100% ok with me using it at around 38 weeks. She said orally and vaginally. I was 40 weeks w one boy then induced and 42 with my other before being induced. I want to avoid another induction so so so so bad. This is the route I will go since at 42 weeks sex, walking, squats, heavy lifting, dancing and more sex dis nothing!!! Look into prumrose oil. After my midwifea very positive reaction I'm trying it when I hit 38 weeks!
