swelling!?!

Okay so I just noticed that my hands, feet and legs are really swollen and I keep getting this feeling that I have to throw up. I'm laying in bed doing my daughters laundry an bag. Should I be concerned? Im 35 weeks...

Okay. I can check my bp here I have a monitor for it. But I will defiantly keep an eye on it. Thank you ladies

I am not very educated on swelling but it always seems like a symptom to be concerned about. I would call your doctor. it never hurts to ask :)

See if it goes down with rest and hydration, raise your feet on a cushion, you may have over done it today. If it hasn't gone down later today you might want to get your dr to check your blood pressure. If you get a terrible headache, right side pain just under your ribs, or are blinded by white spots, you might like to head into l&d and get checked out asap.

Have you eaten lots of salt today? I would def keep an eye on it as it can be preclampsia.  Maybe check w your dr tomorrow?  If it is really bad head to er. Rather be safe then sorry.
