Is constipation normal during pregnancy particularily the first trimester?
Yeah it's normal..just make sure you drinking lots of water like someone already said and you can eat fiber one bars, raisin bran or mini wheats all helped me go..oh and apple juice will always make me go too lol sorry tmi
