well my dr sent me to hospital. not quite sure why

She said I was 3cm dilated and 80% effaced. Any ideas why shed admit me? She didnt say anything about inducement just monitoring my contractions. But they are rare and just every noew and again,  but when they come they are painful

probably want to monitor your contractions and see if you.are continuing to dilate

Sounds like you're in labor, when you dilate to a 4 your in active labor and it goes fast from there, and your cervix is pretty much ready at 100% you're ready, you're gonna have a baby sometime today

You should ask your ob why she sent you. Maybe she determined you were in active labor.
