Have you tried ginger? It's good for nausea. Seabands are also good to try and work for some people.
Apart from that, just try and eat little and often if you can and drink plenty water!
It could b certain foods make u feel worse so try n keep tabs on wot food u have eaten wen u feel at ur worse and then do ur best to avoid them. I felt worse in the mornings and if i woke in the middle of the night,hunger definately mad it worse so try eatin little n often,once i got passed week 9 it started to ease so hang on in there :-) x
