6 minutes?

Now, after drinking a liter & half my contractions are still 6 mins apart & lastinng about 25 seconds. Its only been a lil over half hr. Do I wait or go get checked? I keep seeing 5 mins....what difference does a min make?

Well guys, no baby yet. They gave me fluids, anti nausea meds & just sent me home. My contractions slowed way down after being at the hospital for awhile. They said probably my anxuety. Im on my way home now to eat some mint oreo ice cream that ive been craving all day. Hopefully i can keep it down. It seems like such a blurr, they said i was dialated but i dont remember but my water hasnt broke. My mom has my daughter  for the night hopefully all goes well :)

Yeah your in labor.. My last pregnancy, I had twins and they took them at one cm, due to preeclampsia, but while they was undressing me to put my catheter in, I vomited, and my doctor said that was a sign of labor, even though my water did not break..I was put to sleep while they did the cesarean

Omg, I am excited for you!  You wont be much longer now!!  I have no sings of anything besides a crap load of pressure haha and I think that is normal.  Keep us updated on everything!  The one thing you didn't feel like would happen is going to happen soon!!  Yay!

Thanks. &,i hope i get it early, if not looks like ill be buying another one. Which nbd i guess. I hope if it is real labor my lil man is big enough. Im 35w3d but im hoping since they gave me steroids to help his lungs (about 9 weeks ago) that he will be ok with breathing. & hopefully everything else also.

Well, i still havent gone to the hospital. I finally did sleep for about an hr. But i wanted to be the one here when my lil girl woke up. I called the dr this am & he told me drink lots of water and if possible come in after i get her lunch (he knows she is "boss" & is extremely worried to be away.from mommy if she has to be in hosp) so, im going in in about an hr. I tried to eat (1/2 blueberry poptart) & threw up 5 mins later, been pooping a lot too. I really hope this isnt real labor cuz i just ordered my car seat last night & it wont be here for 3-7 days. Ugh, why must i be such a procrastinator?

last week when i was at doctor appointment i had NST and i was having contractions 3 to 4 minutes apart only lasting bout 30 secounds so she checked my cervix and i was still at 1 cm and long she said that my contractions where right on the line to irritable uterus and real contractions.

It's your body's way of cleaning itself out before birth, usually, sometimes it's just an upset stomach, but with your symptoms i'd suggest the first. Good luck!!

Yep..happened to me the night before my water broke. I was at the mall and for no reason turned to a garbage can and threw up. Your body is getting ready

What about throwing up u hear anything about that? I was walking to bathroom & as soon as i opened bathroom door, i threw up. Idk why. I didnt even feel it. Then i went pee & it was clear. Is it cuz of drinkin so much? When ur water breaks is it clear? i dont remember much from my last pregnancy

If they're regular they're usually not BH, they are usually sporatic. If you're getting regular contractions I'd call l&d and let them know and see what they say, they may want you to come in and get checked, 6 mins apart is still very close.
