what causes swollen hands?
Just wondering because my hands randomly swell up in a matter of seconds. Its not preeclampsia because I've been checked for that multiple times, my hands just randomly swelled up a couple minutes ago and I'm curious why. I'll be traveling five hours tomorrow and I'm nervous about it.
Try cutting back on salt. It is proably water retention as the previous poster said. Too much salt usually is to blame. I went up three pounds last week due to to much salt lol. It is all water weight.
