You have to loose your plug for you water to completely break but it has been known for your water to leak and still have a little of your plug. Babies still move but you don't really notice it because your more focused on other things

You lose your plug first, but everyone is different. I've been losing a little bit of my plug at a time. It's a yellowish greenish slime almost like blowing your nose while your sick. You'll know when you lose it

I know for my sister, she was in labor and her water did break. Doctors had to break her water she was in active labor. Have contractions none stop every 5-10 mintues for an hour. I'm sure baby move because they can feel the pressure of the uterus tightening when have contractions.
