what do contractions feel like?

I'm 35 weeks today (feb 7th) and I feel like I need to have a bowel movement, but I just had one less than an hour ago and can't seem to go again, but the pain doesn't have a certain time between them or how long they last, they're kind of irregular, and I can't feel my belly go hard or anything.

Also, what does BH feel like? Are the painful? Because I'm not even sure if I've been experiencing BH or not.

Everyone's are different. They are only as bad as you make them out to be.

Yes everyone is different. Mine were horrible and got stronger each time. Your belly will tighten up and the pain will go through your stomach then it stops. Time them in between. If they're getting stronger and exactly same time apart each one. Go to the hospital.

I never had bh and only a ftm, so obly bren through labor once. But my contractions literally felt like period cramps!! Really no lie. And mine werent that bad .. but everyone is different.

Braxton hicks aren't usually painful though they can be the bigger you get. Contractions apparently feel like period pains, I've never experienced them so for me they feel like I need to go number 2 due to the immense pressure your bottom. Or horrible never ending gas pains lol buy that's just me.
