I have been breast feeding for a little over 2 weeks now, I did have a really good flow but I didn't pump as often as I should have and now my milk is really low, I am breastfeeding instead of pumping so much and I have been taking the fenugreek and its finally starting to work I just got 3 and a half oz and that's the most I got these past couple days :)

Talk to your doctor, my doctor told me that if you're not producing enough milk they prescribe you maxalon, or you doctor might suggest something else

I wasn't expressing a lot at first either when I was pumping. I read that it is normal to only get an ounce or two out at a time. My daughter is 11 days old now and the more I pump and breastfeeding feed the more I am producing. It is coming in a lot now. Just be calm and take it one day at a time :)

Try Milky. It's that stuff Tia and Tamara sell at Destination Maternity and a few other baby stores. From what I remember it's only strawberry flavored. But it's made with fenugreek which helps with lactation.

Okay I will try that, and I heard the milk tea does taste gross :/ but red reasberry leaf tea is supposed to help better then the milk tea, I'm trying everything lol and I use the pump a little more then breast feeding but I just went back to just breast feeding because I think it helps with my milk production as well

Are you breastfeeding? Or just pumping? If you're breastfeeding than that is normal to pump less. If you're not than try starting power pump sessions. Google power pumping. And just to warn you mothers milk tea(idk if it works) but it is absolutely disgusting. I got a bunch of free samples from my hospital and I could barely drink it. I drank one cup and threw the rest of the samples away. Yuk.

sesame seed. Take sesame seed and soak it in watter for about 1 hour. Then blended with milk and honey it help me be a fountain. Lol

I am taking Fenugreek for 2 days now and it has not helped much :/ and I am about to try the "mothers milk tea" and see if that works. And I don't think I am producing enough milk because I do pump it into a bottle sometimes and I usually get 5 oz each breast but now I only get 1 oz each breast if I'm lucky :/
