so it says the 1hr glucose test i took yesterday was elevated and i have to take a 3hr gtt test now.why do i have to do that?

My 1 hour was elevated but my 3 hour was spot on so don't worry about it until you get results

i got a call fron my doc today and mine was high as well. i have to go to the 3 hours now. she said it was so they can monitor my levels hour to hour for 3 hours. to get more accurate results
