first baby help please

I'm 9 weeks, today and this is my first baby i know how they say you should set an app. up to confirm your pregnant. i haven't got time to do that. i feel kinda bad, because i feel that advice is something you gotta do. because i heard also they can see if the baby ok. even though i still haven't went is everything find just into i get time to go around to it. please help.

As long as you are taking prenatal vitamins, or any vitamins that contain 400folic acid then you and baby should be ok. Alot of Dr's don't see women until they are 12 weeks. If you haven't been cramping, bleeding, or having any issues then I wouldn't worry. =) You should definitely make an appointment though. They need to do a blood test to check hormone levels at least =)

You should make an appt the most crucial development is in the first 12 weeks hun. You gotta make time not for you but for your baby.
