OK thanks ima try that I've tried generale Ave crackers but I'm going to try bananas and ice pops

See if your doctor can prescribe you something, that's what I had to do. BUT...bananas, saltines of course,  sprite and or Ginger Ale...sugar free Popsicles I heard.
