Might be stupid. .
First time mom here and I was wondering if breathing through your mouth is bad? Because I feel like.if I breathe through my mouth the air goes to my baby tummy through the cord..and sorry I asked this it's because I had a bad dream about this and my baby had breathing problems and it scared me
I said I know it's stupid but I just had the scary dream that my baby didn't breath right.
I guess if it were bad, a lot of moms would be in trouble considering how nasal congestion is common during pregnancy
