what is pregnancy tea?

I saw someone mention it and it caught my attention bcuz I love hot tea but idk what kind of hot tea is safe to have during pregnancy.  I havent had hot tea in over a year bcuz ive had 2 back to back pregnancies...last year's ended in still birth and I got pregnant a month later
