what is your work out like?

Hey ladies! I am huge into fitness and have been all cleared for light jogging and such through my pregancy. But I used to do p90x and obviously that's out of the question now! What kind of things are you ladies doing to stay in shape? My back is starting to get a little achey so I am cutting back on the jogging for now. Any 2nd trimester fit mamas?

I have a work out video that is for pregnant woman and its perfect it let's you chose.three of the workouts each time, I always do the yoga one last it let's me relax after and slow down my heart.rate.

Wow I feel lazy ha all I do is chase my 2yr old around and do some leg lifts..I commend you ladies :)

I just started my third tri but since I found out I was pregnant I have done stretches as squats nearly every day, as the weather got warmer into my second I began to walk at least 3 times a week n started doing prenatal yoga for beginners but it makes me feel the best...I strongly suggest the yoga its great for repaxing n stretching and for a small amount of strengthening (if that's a word haha) I'm hoping all these things help when labor comes.

I'm 34 weeks. I walk, do the elliptical for 45 mins 4-5 times a week. Still lift weights, do lunges, squats, ect.

I'm almost 26 weeks & I do squats, lunges and walk everyday. I also try to stretch as much as possible .

I did zumba, as long as it's not super high impact it's fine!
