Im not having contractions (at least that i can feel) but, at times i feel like i need to push..

You may be more dilated then you realize. I would call labor and delivery or just go in.
No don't push, pushing before ready will swell your cervix!!! The pressure to push is just the baby moving further down and putting pressure on you
