With both of mine him on top...with the first I put a pillow under my butt to elevate and laid like 10 min before cleaning up. With this one we wasn't trying it just happened.

Him on top. So romantic:) I got preg a month after marrying haha. Tooo quick. I noticed that after he finished in me we would fall asleep. Try that. Lay down and relax.
