Fruits veggies and granola. Drink lots of water to keep hydrated.
Milk yes but whole milk is best. Shellfish is a no once a week is ok. Eat pleanty of fresh fruits and veggies and drink water and cranberry juice (pregnant women are at higher risk for urinary infection) eat/drink foods high in folate or is it folic acid? (High in Orange juice) cut out soda and junk foods. Sweets are ok small amounts but really cut out the soda completely.
Oh start your prenatal as well
Milk is very good for both you and baby. I eat shrimp, crawfish, and sometime soon I get to eat crab. Just eat it in moderation
