what starts labor or could possibly start labor ??

Once you reach 37 "full term" weeks what's a few thing's you can try to kind of speed labor up a little lol ?? I'm so ready to meet my baby I really don't wanna be over due :(

I did epo vaginally 3-5 a night after 37 weeks then took castor oil and had my baby. I believe it worked on my body.

Nothing. Lol just be patient wait for your baby to come when he/she is ready. I'

Morning will work unless your body has already started to dilate, efface, and soften. If this apply to you then all the above will help and also they say castor oil helps

Ive tired EVERYTHING !!!! And im due this Wednesday. Ive tried eating pineapple, hot foods, walking, bouncing on a yoga ball, squats, had sex repeatedly, evening primrose oil pills and ive got nowhere! Lol im still not dilated at all. So i give up now. I guess whenever my som is ready, he'll come on his own

I'm 37 weeks as well and I'm trying to figure out as well what I can do to kick start labor lol I think squats help. I'm not sure.

I heard that a lot of walking , sex , taking hot bath's , & spicy foods could trigger early labor .. I'm so excited & nervous at the same time lol :)

I honestly believe nothing will kick start labour, your body will release the hormone triggering real labour when baby and body are ready, however my hospital told me that once it does start walking, sex, and nipple stimulation are the only things they recommend to speed things up.
