Concerned for a friend-Fertility Meds/Heavy Drinker
Hello everyone,
I have a friend who is TTC and is or was on fertility meds AND is a very heavy drinker. i'm not sure if she is on the fertility meds anymore because i have not talked to her in quite some time but my question is....
When you are on fertility meds and drink very heavly, does it interfere with the meds? and Can her Dr figure out if she is a heavy drinker? I don't believe the dr even knows. Any answers would be great! Thanks :)

It is sad...they have been wanting to have a baby for a long time now but when i "was" talking to her and she would talk about the meds she's on and how she cannot concieve, i asked her about her drinking and she "quickly" got defensive and said, that has nothing to do with it. which I know is BS...alcohol affects a number of things in the body. I have done alot of research and she is not in a place to even TTC since she is drinking so heavly.
the doctor would not know and it could interfere I would think, but it seems like there are quit a few woman who gt preggers that shouldn't. sad!!!
