whats better for sore swollen feet?
They hurt so bad. Im contemplating leaving abit early from work. When i get home im soaking them and the bf is rubbing them down idgaf what he says lol. What do you think would work better a hot soak or a cold soak?
Are the swollen? I would do hot with Epson salt
I do hot soaks with minty soap it works wonders :)
