ALLERGIESS!!
These allergies are killing me!! i feel like ****. i know we can take certain allergy meds while were pregnant but i would feel soo guilty. im 30+6 and since i found out i was pregnant i havent taken any medicine at all. Does anybody know something natural i xan do or take to help me? like tea or something?

Lol that sounds like something i would do. but all i had was green tea i checked just now and read that its ok as long as u dont drink too much (:
Off the top of my head pennyroyal, black and blue cohosh, roman chamomile. There are more and they can cause miscarriage if taken orally just look them up. I know rosemary is also unsafe to take orally as well so just research. My sister is an herbalist so I always call her and ask if this or that tea is ok lol
Ugh are u serious? thanks for telling me. Do u know of any in particular that are bad?
Some herbs and teas can be harmful during pregnancy too. Just be cautious before ingesting anything without researching it thoroughly
