whats for dinners ladies?
Its just about 6pm in wonderful Ottawa, ON in Canada and i am making homemade beefaroni....only with ground turkey since beef is not babys favorite lol i love pasta and tomatoes and never pass a chance of mixing them up with a bit of meat and spices! Voila! And for dessert some yummy caramelized pears! Yum!!!!! I think im more excited for dessert lol so whats on the menu tonight for you lovely momma bears?
Apple and cinnamon oatmeal since my fiances at work and we havent had a chance to go.grocery shopping yet.
I think any where near the border has great Mexican food, but then again when I lived in Colorado for awhile they had some pretty great Mexican food too !
Oh! Im so wanting to try this lonches! Never had it....unfortunately i havent found a good mexican restaurant near my place so i havent even tried good mexican food....besides tacos if thats even mexican lol and i love chinese food! But we only have the fast foods here. Harveys is the best though! I love their pickles!
I'm about to enjoy some lonches!! They are basically like tacos but instead of the tortilla the meat is inside a fried loaf of bread, it's the best ever, I live at the very tip of Texas so Mexican food here is great, especially the salsa!##
Poutine with fresh of thevday cheese curds. But i can only find those in Quebec so far. I havent found a cheese trap anywhere in ontario. My parents live so close to one! Poutine is awesome! Ive never done beaver tail at home, so i have no idea how hard they are to do. But u just top them with cinnamon and brown sugar with a slice of lemon.....Heaven! And ive been starving for a cold cut sandwich from subway! And sushi!!!!
Mmmm poutine would be so good right now from Harveys. Ooooo or swiss chalet you lucky Canadian mommies. I use to live in up state ny off of Lake Ontario and I miss our trips to Kingston.

Grilled steaks, bacon ranch red skin potatos and not sure what else. I'm 2hrs from Ontario and often go there for fries with gravy! Yummmm!
We had a super taco night with both chicken and beef, rice and beans, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, olives, and onions. This is going to be a great night of snugglin lol!

Its a pastry that resemble the beaver tail. Flat and oval lol but its just pastry and they add toppings to it. No real beaver tails lol i think beavers are like special animals for canada. Canadian really love there beavers lol you should look ot up on google. Beaver tail pastry! Its delicious! Usually found at fairs, circus, zoo and some shops will make them too
No problem :) im like a kid when it comes to zoos lol i love them even if ive been there a gazillion times abd if u do end up going on day....do not miss out on beaver tails!!!! Omg there are the most delicious thing on earth!!!!!
Omg! Love tacos!!!! I should eat that tomorrow :) lol depending where u are, if ur close to Toronto Ontario you should try the toronto zoo with your daughter :) they have the pandas over for two years i think. I use to go every year, but we moved six hours away and cant go this year but next summer im totally there!!!
