Just like the previous comment said, dance! I've tried, walking, sex, jumping on a trampoline, swimming, stairs, teas, spicy foods, got my membrane swept and nothing seems to get me contracting like dancing. Plus is fun haha Goodluck!
Dancing I love to dance and have not done it my whole pregnancy to save up for tees later weeks now I am doing it evey day for an hour I use just dance lots of movig and shaking
Squats, lunges, bike riding, bouncing on a birthing/yoga ball, brisk walking, walking stairs, pretty much any physical activity you HAVE NOT done during your pregnancy. Just make sure you don't over do it. Ones I've seen work are shoveling snow, moving a dresser(lol), and the ball. Hope this gives you some ideas
